The Design Alliance envisioned the New York Armenian Home complex within a bucolic park like setting. The creation of two separate buildings with interconnecting paths and plazas is planned amid an oversized and extra deep site with Manhattan skyline views and mature trees along the rear lot line.
The Community Facility Use Building is centrally located within the complex at the heart of the site. The Residential Tower is placed at the front of the lot to permit privacy within the garden setting and capture the vistas of New York City. The two buildings will be interconnected with parking below grade and occupants of each structure will have separate entrances for privacy and security.
