As Principal in Charge at The Design Alliance, Architect Gary Maranga has over twenty five years of design and construction experience encompassing a wide range of building typologies and project scopes. These projects include new building, restoration and alteration for mixed use, commercial, residential, institutional, healthcare, municipal and community type facilities.
Gary is a problem solver dedicated to the design process and recognizing contextual issues in the articulation of constructed space.
He is well versed in the restoration of projects designated within Landmarks Preservation Districts and on the National Historic Register. Mr. Maranga administers project development from initial design phase to construction completion while ensuring that building systems and components meet the intended budget, construction schedules and design goals.
